Ur cover looks pretty cool, but I think it needs something on the tittle to stand above the callings (if that's how u call in english the tittle of the contents)
But over that, it's a very good job done here, congrats
Though Jubilee is Chinese, not Caucasian.
Also the power effects you did, while definitely cool, look more like the mutant Boomer's powers.
Whatev, I'm just a hardcore Jubilee fan so forgive me if I seem annoyinly critial. Great concept and I love that you did an art piece depicting Jubilee.
